When You Are Most Fertile - Interactive Tool

If you are trying to conceive, you probably already know how to monitor your body for it's "fertile signs", however here is a link to an online tool where you enter your cycle length and the day of your LMP and it will calculate your most fertile time. Of course you need to take other factors into account (especially if you have irregular cycles), but the following link may be of benefit if used in conjunction with other methods of monitoring fertility. Natural and Minimally Invasive Fertility Treatment As Effective As ART

Natural Methods To Get Pregnant Over 40

I found this interesting article which talks about a treatment called "Natural Procreative Technology" or NPT.
My site: www.getpregnantover40.com
This fertility treatment uses natural methods of cycle monitoring and some minimally invasive treatments or medications (I'm not a big fan of fertility drugs, but some of these medications were to supplement hormone deficiencies). I found it interesting that the outcomes were as good as more invasive assisted reproductive technologies. Read more:

Outcomes From Treatment of Infertility With
Natural Procreative Technology in an Irish General
Joseph B. Stanford, MD, MSPH, Tracey A. Parnell, MD, and Phil C. Boyle, MB

From the article:

This study demonstrates that NPT is an effective
integrated system of infertility treatment that can
be done by interested and appropriately trained
generalist physicians. The cumulative crude pregnancy
rates, withdrawal rates, and adjusted pregnancy
rates are similar to cohort studies of ART
based on the limited comparable data that are available.
The treatment program is minimally invasive,
with fewer multiple pregnancies. However, it is not
an option for couples with azoospermia, ovarian
failure, or bilateral fallopian tube occlusion.

Are You Getting Enough Protein To Conceive?

Trying to Conceive and Pregnancy Over 40, Protein Requirements

My site:  www.getpregnantover40.com

Before I tried to get pregnant, I had been a vegetarian for a number of years. Although high protein diets aren't necessarily ideal if you want to conceive, you do need high quality protein in your diet. This video explains more.
